Resep Masak Pindang Ikan Selar

1. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
2. Masukkan ikan selar, air, asam kandis, garam, gula pasir, daun salam, lengkuas, serai, dan jahe.
3. Masak hingga ikan berubah warna dan empuk.
4. Koreksi rasa dan sajikan selagi hangat.
